January Beauty FavouritesHasn’t January just been the longest month ever? It’s been a toughie but we’ve got through it (high five to us) and I have discovered some top beauty products on the way.

My first favourite is the Zoeva Coco Blend Eyeshadow palette. I could rave about this all day long but to save you from another ramble about how much I love this palette you can catch the full review here. In a nutshell, the colours are amazing, the consistency is perfect, they’re really pigmented and there’s so many looks you can create from this one little gem.

Speaking of gems, I have found an absolute winner of a mascara. The Scandal Queen Fairy Drops mascara gives me everything I want for my lashes. Its volumising, it gives lift and the length you can get with this is unreal! It has little tiny little fibres (that don’t fall into your eyes) and the brush is a whole new level of cool – but I will spare you the details until another time.

My next favourite, and one that I have been using a lot more than expected, is the L’Oreal Infallible Matte foundation. I’m not generally a lover of matte bases but this one isn’t powdery looking at all and, with a good layer of moisturiser or primer underneath, it lasts all day; ideal if you have some long working days.

To add a bit of dimension to the matte base I have been using the Collection Speedy Highlighter. This chubby little stick gives you a nice glow without looking to sparkly. I just swipe it over my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose and I’m done. And as a side note, collection are on point at the minute – more of that soon though!

The last goodie of January is my Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in ‘Lost Cherry’. I was so excited to get my hands on this and I really love the colour, it’s bright but not too much for everyday wear. The texture of this lipstick is spot on too, it feels so moisturising and comfortable on the lips, no dry flaky lips for me!

So that’s a quick round up of my 5 January loves, what have you been loving this month? I don’t know about you but I’m glad it’s all over – here’s to a fab feb!
